Saja Al Balushi is the Head of Technology and Corporate Development at Gulf Energy, where she leads initiatives that drive innovation, strategic partnerships, and sustainable growth across the organization. Prior to her current role, Saja began her career as a field engineer with SLB, where she gained hands-on operational experience in the oil and gas sector. She subsequently progressed through a range of operational, technical, account management and business development roles.

Saja is a graduate of The University of Sheffield, where she earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering.
